Green Impact Auditor

Train to become a Green Impact auditor

Oct 2017 University of Manchester

You can contribute to Environmental Sustainability at the University of Manchester by becoming a Green Impact Auditor.

Green Impact is national environmental accreditation scheme through which teams of University staff across the campus work to improve their own environmental performance by progressing through a workbook of actions and implementing as many as possible.

Each year a team of students audit the teams’ progress and award them either bronze, silver or gold awards.

You will receive half a day’s training followed by an afternoon of auditing Green Impact teams on campus. The training you receive is approved by the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) for which you will receive a certificate and reference upon completion.

We are currently recruiting students to undertake environmental audits across the University.

You will need to be available for a training session on either 4th or 11th October 2017.
